Yes is good news and made possible by Ruslan/Shafer’s recent share sales, so just maybe they are selling strategically to get into the bigger indices and the free marketing exposure that comes with it. I.e. 90% of the bear’s case, that K and S are selling us out, looks like BS.
Am surprised there was such a limp reaction to it, possibly the level of the shorts is too low.
