Taking up the retail entitlement is going to be a no brainer given the surge in share price since. $1.35 per share is on offer by just filling out the paperwork.
What do you think will happen with the additional share offer of up to another 50% for retail holders?
You'd have to think the company will cancel this offer given the huge discount. I don't think they will need this "extra" capital to complete the transaction.
