    to be expected really.

    I went through this journey with ELD. Once they broomed out the management and set a new direction they didnt look back but came oh so close to falling over. Our darkest days are yet to come IMO but if the management pull off some spectacular deal (highly unlikely given past history) or collectively vacate and let talent in then a journey of renewed vision can begin.
