its not industry standard though using discount rates not 11%. re argument using lower discount rates, thats valid for some tech stocks and mainly REITs but not commodity stocks.
re double the cash flow shown what is the basis of this. the JORC reserve is only ~1mil ounces, i dont see a reserve justifying a doubling of output here. You would need multiple discoveries and this hasnt done any.
