D, my only concern with CIM is the share buyback. If they have designs of taking the co into full private ownership, it seems to me that it's in their interest to see the stock shorted, so they can continue to load up on cheap shares, and any mopping up once they reach the threshold is done so at a ridiculously cheap price. Am I missing something?
