I think you're right although I don't believe there is an actual restriction on when an ETF can trade. I read parts of the Blackrock Ishares 200 PDS and its talked about a full replication strategy but not much else.
If the ETF has to sell its position then its going to call back it loaned shares. UBS will have to return then although I don't think they've shorted them so minimal effect.
Basically I'm say I don't really know what will happen.
