As I posted earlier, Tyro got a T/O offer but it kind of feels like it was a water-test offer to see if they'd bite, and they didn't. It climbed above that T/O price today, so I think EML is also riding that wave.
I'm pretty certain that once the CBI is cut loose from our backs, decent offers will come in.
