    I posted several weeks ago that there may be no arbitration but only if one party, Zijin or AVZ, quits for whatever reasons. I don’t believe some posters’ court-judge-will-drop-them-into-bin theory. I sound negative but in fact I wish AVZ can get that 15% asap for holders.
