Agree.
Leaving the ASX200 isn't worth ~6%, particularly for a business with hard assets and no immediate need to enter the capital markets to raise funds.
There was a good article in the Weekend Papers (maybe it was the Australian (?), I still read them all, sadly) about the ongoing overseas demand for prime agricultural land. Well, here it is guys ;-)
