Funds tracking the ASX300 are forced to sell, creating more downward pressure on the SP. Going to also assume a lot of buyers have already spent their cash to get some options too. This will help support liesanddamnlies "bearish silly season" post options.
Not what we want, but can't do much about it until the Supreme Court finally makes its decision on our case, which can hopefully reverse this down trend!
