    The fact is we don't have the spare cash. So unless the shareholders are happy to be diluted with equity being issued at 20c, this is a moot discussion. I understand your point about missed opportunity to make full use of the export window, but that's just life. Money makes money. People who have lots will always make more than those who don't even though those who don't are the ones who need it more. I am sure there are people here who, IF they had the extra money, would have bought a truckload more STX shares in the teens.

    The move it or lose it definitely doesn't apply to us. There is no land within the STX portfolio where nothing has happened over many years.

    The only alternative is asset sale. Else all we do can is to strengthen our balance sheet with a couple of years of good cashflow that can then be used to help us get more debt, if that's what we decide is the best course to take.
