We write with respect to the continuous disclosure Listing Rules.
Listing Rule 10.1.1 ("the rule") is set out in the Schedule attached to this
letter. In summary, this rule requires Issuers to immediately disclose any
Material Information to NZX Limited ("NZX").
The rule provides limited exceptions to this obligation. Material
Information does not need to be disclosed where a reasonable person would not
expect the information to be disclosed and where the information is
confidential and its confidentiality is maintained and where one of five safe
harbours applies.
During the period 6 March 2012 to 16 March 2012, the closing price of Seeka
Kiwifruit Industries Limited Ordinary Shares ("SEK") increased from $1.06 to
$1.70. This represents an increase in the price of SEK of $0.64 or 60.4%. SEK
again traded at a price of $1.70 today.
Given this large increase in the price of SEK, please advise NZX whether
Seeka Kiwifruit Industries Limited continues to comply with Listing Rule
10.1.1.

Seeka Kiwifruit Industries Limited (SEK) - Price Enquiry
We are responding to your letter dated 20 March 2012 in which you note the
increase in the price of Seeka Kiwifruit Industries Limited (Seeka) shares
during the period 6 March 2012 to 16 March 2012, and asked for confirmation
that Seeka is in compliance with its continuous disclosure obligations under
the NZX Listing Rules.
We wish to confirm that Seeka continues to comply with Listing Rule 10.1.1.1
and is in compliance with all of its continuous disclosure obligations
pursuant to the NZX Listing Rules.
Whilst we are not aware of any factors to explain the share price increase,
Seeka has recently released its full year result. The notice of annual
shareholders meeting and annual report has been posted today.
Also, Seeka, being in the kiwifruit industry, is affected by publicly
available information in relation to that industry.
