Thanks kyngdominion, i wasnt aware the fosterville mine extension hearing was coming up. That certainly sounds like a potential catalyst for some movement, post approval..
i guess NST has a bit on their hands at the moment but as you say its surprising noone else has had a crack in the meantime. I think its more due to overall sentiment for the explorers than any particular s2r issues but it would be pocket change for some of these co's to at least get a good stake at the current prices. Buying it outright would be harder because the baked on holders would take a bit of encouragment to part with their shares i think.. myself included.
I think our prospects have only improved,despite the share price disagreeing with me. It's just that there's been a lull in terms of meaty news. This is how it goes sometimes ay?
I heard about the seismic event, it'll be interesting to see if any terms are put on agnico for the mine lease extension though. From what I read the issues it caused are pretty minor really but that doesn't stop people complaining.. and I'm sure reparations for a few bits cracked plastering or whatever it was they claimed isn't beyond agnicos budget to keep the locals happy. Still, fingers crossed for no issues.
