Fosterville - Key Milestones· Gold was discovered in the Fosterville area in1894 with mining activity continuing until 1903.
· The present-day Fosterville mine startedunderground mining operations in 2005, initially producing gold fromnear-surface, low-grade mineralization.
· The 2015/16 discovery ofhigh-grade and ultra high-grade gold at Fosterville by Kirkland Lake turnedwhat was a scrappy mine into one of the world’s best. Producing more than500,000oz annually at its peak In 2015, high-grade visible-goldmineralization was intercepted at depth, leading to the discovery of the EagleZone and, in 2016, the ultra-high-grade Swan Zone was discovered, eventuallytransforming Fosterville into one of the world’s richest gold mines.
· In February 2022 KL and Agnico Eagle merged
· In March 2023, Fosterville celebrated theproduction of its 4 millionth ounce of gold.
· S2 was awarded Block 4 29Oct21which surrounds the Fosterville gold mine currently owned by Canada’s AgnicoEagle after its takeover of fellow Canadian Kirkland Lake in 2022.
· S2 granted EL77955Oct23 covering an area of 394 sq kms, extending 55 kms north to south, andabutting and completing surrounding Agnico Eagle’s world class Fosterville GoldMine. By virtue of its position, its size, and its inherent prospectivity, EL7795is a highly strategic asset.
Fosterville is Australia’s 3rd biggest goldmine and most lucrative, 2023 prod 305k/oz @ AISC $457, narrow veins ofextraordinarily high grade gold, exceptionally high grades were discovered deepunderground in 2015.
S2 won the block 4 tender 29Oct21 based ontheir ESG credentials. S2 to spend $10.4mil on Block 4 surrounding Fostervilleover the first 5 years of the licence, S2 inherited a substantial amount ofdata acquired by prev expl including recent expl work on the tenement by KirklandLake before it expired - “It’s like all the hardyards have been done for us. We are already at first base and we have asmorgasbord of things ranging from geochemical anomalies right through to drillintercepts like 20m at 6g/t gold that we have to follow up,” Bennett said.

We are delighted that Fosterville was part ofthis deal because it is one of the best assets in the world, it is one of the bestplaces in the world to mine”
