Really just flexing their deal skills here. Almost 30% of equity which will equate to substantial $$ of non-core assets that S2 have tested with the drill bit to prove there is no elephant to be hunted.
A quick google sleuth shows: Martin Donohue is involved, who ran Kidman resources... Just a responsible for a cheeky tier-1 lithium discovery in Mt Holland. Looks like this vehicle will be a quality junior.
