Mikey, me and you both are seasoned IT spec cowboys... I see it this way:
1) A fight is where there is something to fight for - I remember back in Uni it was over the ladies (for me especially), now at our age it is over coins... 2) The interviews have been a little stale because, I have reason to believe - Idan was confident enough to perform for us and wanted the progress to talk... 3) A disaster is a disaster when it happens, until then it is an administrative setback where we pull a cigar and observe as holders...
Having said that I am not for matters going to courts... There is nothing in this world that cannot be solved amicably on a round table except when one side throws out basic reason... But then again most ASX top 200 companies have court feuds so it is a little healthy to keep our legal system busy...
I dont think it is all doom and gloom as you have said...
