Keybridge capital is run by a number of Farooq Khan's associates (Cato, Johnson etc.), they've screwed over Bentley Capital's minority shareholders for years (check out the permanently massive discount to NTA over there if you don't believe me).
I'll be voting my 2.492m shares against Keybridge, and I cannot emphasise strongly enough how much I would recommend other shareholders vote against them as well.
If you really want someone who will support small shareholders, I'd be willing to stand for election as a director.
