hey mate, where does it say they only tested 25, 50, 100?
benefits of testing low is if successful means that they dont need as much of the drugbto produce the same result - cheaper to produce the drug then...
looks like they need to test higher (150??) To achieve result as shown by other studies elsewhere in the world. Maybe they were hoping bioavailability of satipharm would help make the drug work at lower doses.
