Yes, everything looks well behind schedule.
I emailed them earlier this year prior to the 'acquisition' for an update but their enquiries email address bounced, so perhaps communication is not their strong suit. Hopefully choosing a good acquisition is, though perhaps k-tig found them.
Significant price to pay via massive dilution for Serpentine shareholders. The big winners will be on the K-tig end.
The K-tig site does look professional and is set up to actively tote for business. Tech looks clever, so hopefully all those customers actually generate returns or are able to in the near future.
Hopeful at the potential rather than wildly optimistic at this stage.
