The company is raising close to $21 million by share issue.
The company are issuing (pre-consolodation) more than four and a half billion shares at .0035c to purchase K-TIG (not including deferred shares) which equates to a $16 mil capital raise.
The $5million at .0035 equivalent is for working capital R&D etc. for the business once purchased to meet ASX relisting requirements.
I am in a similar position of holiding for a while and holding a good swag. The business does look very interesting from the basic reasearch I was able to do.
