The alternate view might be that NXT sees itself losing market share to competitors in the hyper-scale space. If that is indeed the case, then all this means is NXT is going to take a few years to join the party.
Just thinking out loud, of course! 300MW @ ~$2m/mw would still be a nice backbone of revenue.
