    well, certainly nice if you can get them. So why do we pay these people a salary if they make so much extra for doing their job. I've never understood this. i might have a chat to my boss and for every 1 mill we turn over next year i want 10% in performance pay, for doing my job..... Mind you $500k less since he "ëarned" them...
