    Finally some transparency regarding the performance rights and how they were issued and updated directors notices.

    There was always question mark around the 8 million shares being issued to Craig which would have put him over the 20 percent threshold as major share holder which would have been against the corporations act

    a) So it looks like they have been delegated to a different LLC not associated with C2
    b) He didnt sell them on market.

    In future Craig and Co, can you please issue your disclosure documents in a more timely manner next time
