I don't think so!
There was an ASX announcement on March 23 which said he had accepted the bid and that his 'new' shareholding was NIL.
This was retracted in the ASX announcement on March 28.
There has been no further announcement in relation to Galt's holding since this date.
If he did accept the bid (and not withdraw) we will find out in the next few days, as payment is being made to those that have accepted the bid. They said they were wanting to do this before July 2.
We will see a further Change of Directors interest notice soon if he did.
This man is the likely barometer as to whether $1 was fair or not.
He has more knowledge of the inner workings at RRP, given his role at Taurus and likely knowledge of the parties in the data room.
If he hasn't accepted, he either thinks it will re-list at a higher price and/or he may be expecting a takeover offer from a 3rd party.
He would t get the benefit of either if he accepted at $1.
We will soon find out!
