The notice GG lodged was made in his error as a change in directors interest notice, it was then amened on 28th March to " conditional" on takeover as there was no change in holding at that stage. there is still possibility that any acceptances will lapse if the t/o bid fails, i.e. the acceptances will lapse and no transactions will occur.
