This isn't the first time he has been involved in takeover activity.
It's crystal clear to me this was done in an attempt to convince minority shareholders it was a good offer, and to accept. It was announced before the Independent Expert report was released.
Your last statement is false. I suggest you re-read a few of the recent announcements (particularly the June 22 and May 15 ones).
If you think it is true then we will see a change of substantial holding next week from T2, with their holding going from 86.75% to 85.73% (which was their holding at the start of the offer).
That won't be happening.
