positive to see the chairman’s options expire as he’s done nothing but take money from this.
no pay linkage to performance - al fixed salary -it’s a lifestyle business
CEO only on 180k - that’s a mid level corporate salary in Sydney - seriously what hope do you have of building a real business with that level of capability running it?
strategy with the build simply puts more reliance on the leasehold asset - keep in mind the company does not own the current building and the contracts/ relationships are heavily reliant on founders
a good example of a business that was a good private lifestyle operation that should NEVER have been listed.
