    I suspect that this announcement was not understood. These shares were issued to payout a convertible note; not to pay creditors. There is a difference. I think a few holders panicked and dumped their shares.

    The noteholder got shares at a good price and dont need to sell for a quick profit. Creditors need to pay their bills.
