As you say, the shares have been hovered up because the SP is rediculously low.
The volume of shares on the market has caused the SP to halve. Share sales are likely both new issues and existing holders selling out.
The finance is available at a discount on the current share price, so the lower the SP the greater the dilution.
Once the cashflow improves the need to issue shares will drop, so we either wait for this to happen or sell out.
