It is a $2.5mill facility that can be drawn down at any time at a 15% discount to the 5 day VWAP so this may go on for a fair while.

Totally controlled from now until the facility is no longer needed and I thought that 200k ramping up to 500k a month would have given the company other options.

Maybe they will only need a few more draw downs but it looks like it may well be a ball and chain to the sp for a while
