Ok thanks James. My first question was not as clear as it should have been. The pfs had to be retracted due to a large portion of axioms figures coming from the kolosori tenement which axiom has no legal rights to.
But I am trying to understand how ASIC came up with that date of March 2018. Is it a generic time penalty? Has Axiom requested that date?
I think ASIC prospectus order is frivolous anyway, as Axiom (or any company) has other means to raise funds.
I do honestly believe the RI was done for the shareholders, as it was requested by shareholders during the previous year meeting both in Sydney and Brisbane. As outlined in the RI any holder who subscribes for their full entitlement, and hold their full balance during the RI period, will receive and additional 30% of their holding in listed options, and 10% of their holding as fully listed shares. That was a great incentive for us holders. We were sitting around the 17 cent mark, before ASIC stop order.
