Governments love anything that rhymes with 'jobs'. So, I think the South Australian Government (not sure why we even need SA to be a separate state anymore!) would be loving the idea of Urea more than simply extraction of natural gas. This is the value adding idea, which is really sexy to pollies.

Rail is far cheaper than road xport, but it would all depend on how much of that capacity they can take advantage of, I have no idea what this railway is capable of. However, I see how these railways are used with xport of iron ore, and compare that to iron ore and lithium being xported on the highway with road trains, and the difference is huge.
