    has the stalling to get Sherlock started, the frustrating monthly promise that Sherlock drilling TO COMMENCE is designed to get some out, or is it just incompetence.

    At some point they will actually have to start drilling after many months of threatening to.
    Then we will soon see visuals, a lot of very confident talk from Jon Dugdale, hopefully his confidence is justified.
