Umm no bud. It doesn't quite work like that.
That 4 million odd in the bank was done through a CR and was to be used for the Sherlock Bay/Nepean projects.
Shareholders put that money in specifically for the drilling and exploration of both sites.
Can't all of a sudden just pump it into a new project or change the goalposts because there is cash in the bank.
Hence the recent 3 million odd raise for the new Azure project. SBR did this efficiently and was very well supported.
Thought you knew all the history here......
