who knows. The sp was not in a healthy state before the raise and unfortunately retail just cannot be relied upon to force a sp higher. You could argue it is the cr that caused a near doubling in price to 5.5c because the churn in shares include the brokers. However I do agree that registry matters. once the overburden is complete, there will be room to move.
