again, these are all questions shareholders have, however , no one seems to know the answer to! For example, why issue more shares at 4.1 cents when SBR has significant funds?
Who is management working for? Shareholders, or are they just after something else? Why not raise the second batch at higher prices? There is not only one issue here. There are many, including how this company is being run. God help all shareholders if the cap on capital raising is removed in the AGM.
