They might well complete the raise this afternoon and re-open for trading tomorrow. That's an option. They've just given themselves an extra day up their sleeve if needed. Peak are doing the raise and they're giving all top 20 holders the opportunity to put in a bid rather than doing the whole shebang through institutions, which would of course be quicker and cleaner. The top 20 people are mostly just sitting around in their pinafore dresses or gingham shirts, so it takes a bit more time to get the necessary focus and commitment bedded down.
