Their version of sophisticated investors is totally different to ours. Last raise was the same. Wasn't the entire 60 million supposed to be placed to so called sophisticated investors? It all got dumped in the market within a few days. so as this one! Demand was high, so they probably thought milk it as much as we can! why do you think they are charging SBR for the placement? Lol, all that eventually will end up to retail investors.
