Also - probably worth looking at one of the recent science hat podcast/interviews where AT talked a bit about this product. I think he was hinting at the fact that - it's a great product, but it might be the case that the SARbis product would also be detecting some of these lesions that the PSMA SoC is failing to detect. I think that is why there is reference to discussion with medical experts to determine the path forward for this product.
