i wouldn't be surprised if this latest appointment was a clause in the LOI before going binding, maybe, i doubt this appointment would have gone through if things weren't going to be finalized.
could be an interesting day tomorrow, new MD Material news, and very close to the end of the month deadline for LOI ... surely some green in that trifecta
