My view is that both SGC and XST have got this acquisition at a bargain basement price. But whether that will be fully regarded by the market at the open tomorrow is yet to be proved - absolutely the market has been poised to see a drilling arrangement for Borba confirmed, and another delay (which might only be a delay for a week or so) might disappoint some investors.
For the longer term though I can see this acquisition as being very positive
