Reading between the lines, I think they are conserving cash for Philippines and it looks like they may be able to tap federal and state funds for the blue hydrogen initiative.
Guessing a demo plant then scale up. I wonder how quickly they can get these off the shelf technology to start pumping blue hydrogen.
With Joanne on board it really shows her contribution now a pivot from natural gas to hydrogen based on what's the rational course of action.
