From my limited knowledge of the VXL situation, they went into administration simply because the project management team running the Uley project weren't up to it and didn't do their homework on what it really takes to be a producer.
Lessons to be learnt for all other wannabe producers.
Lincoln, as far as I can tell, are taking the right approach and not rushing recklessly into production.
