I would find that somewhat unlikely, the reason the IMAGINE extension results have been delayed was due to the "all hands on deck" required for the resolution of the Partial Hold on the preposed P3 HD trial, if they have performed no toxicology studies to support their submission to the FDA then what have they been doing and why have the Extension results been delayed 3 months.
