Whatever it is....they need to do something to show the market SDV is worth much more than it is currently valued at so the instos can stop putting out retarded valuations.
Again all depends on how much it all costs, if its just a lazy few million which cattlin can cover then i dont see why not. If its gonna slow down stage one then probs not.
