I dont know how you are reading it, but it is very obvious as has been pointed out by about 5 people is that the ann is furthest from desperate,
They literally say that they are not making a deal unless it maximises shareholder return. Otherwise they can get stuffed. Dont know how you get 'Desperation' from that.
