Chinese have been on lithium buying spree and yet claim they have low demand. Even the Government was involved....Horse manure.

The selloff is based on an oversupply story, which is bogus. The trolls were debunked time and time again. The current world production supply is only enough for 8% penetration at 50kwh in five years. Tesla uses 75kwh and 100kwh now. Hyundai and VW are aiming at the same size battery packs. It means world production is not even enough for 2% penetration with just three auto makers.
An Australian survey showed 30% want to buy an EV as their next car. Two EV available for thirty wanting is an oversupply? And for this reason the chinese get to buy cheap minerals and expand their cities and businesses. The chinese become billionaires while the world mine for a living. Wake up.

Look at PLS. Ganfeng offer $50mil for a 5% stake at lowest five day trading average. Guess who is processing for Great wall. The combined will give them ownership of 13%. The buyer and owner is the same, they dictate the sell and buy price, left hand pays the right, just like the SP. If pls reject the offer, their delivery grade will fail. If they accept, Posco will be blocked in future decisions.
AJM is trading at build cost. A chinese controlling stake will also be made there.
All businesses in China is state monitored and controlled.
The longer time goes, the more market share Tesla will have over traditional autos. European car makers rely on chinese batteries, Korea and Japan can create their own supply.
AT knows how Chinatown works by looking in the mirror. Mt C can fund SDV.

Galaxy have been in the business of converting and know the margin the chinese stand to make, other OZ miners don't. The buyers go to GXY to stay in business. Other miners need chinese buyers to stay in business. Big difference.
From ATs point of view, if they can't come with the right real value, take a hike.
Not defending and don't know AT from a bar of soap nor anyone on the screen.
SDV is already picking up snow by the truckload. Watch Scullys video. After processing is $14k-$15k/ t. Even santa would be proud.

Excellent post. Regarding there being no deal with a strategic partner, you have hit the nail on the head. One reason could be that no decent offer has been presented and sentiment on this thread indicates there are two ways to view this. 1. That its a negative outcome because the value of our tenement isnt as good as we hoped. Or 2, AT is saying FU to these companies - dont waste our time.

There is of course a third option - the company has received a heap of excellent offers.
