The issue is that we are break even at these numbers, the $50m profit will barely cover corporate costs, MC will keep the lights on and that is it, there will no spare cash. Also the current cash balance has not factored in the $80m in tax payable. So we do not have the funds to build SDV. Maybe they could do a pilot plant for cash they have to produce 7500 LCE perhaps, but at that scale it would not be a prudent use of funds.
