Funny thing. Nobody asked if the JV partner funds are only needed for developing SDV. Or only a fraction and the rest is actually earmarked for JB+converter. No questions at all about JB.
And what price tag would the alternative tech / direct extraction for SDV have? I personally prefer direct extraction seeing the problems ORE has endured with varying evaporation rates and immense upfront costs due to massive earthworks. Forced operations probably means facilitating evaporation by heating up the brine. At 4000m altitude the boiling point will be lower than sea level but how much energy is this process going to need? Also, GXY mentioned that heavy rainfalls at SDV delayed the drilling of wells in Jan 2019. It would be nice they had homed in on some tech and let us know. A lot of comparison to Tesla process of direct extraction. Does anyone know more of this tech?
