The only real negative I could take from the podcast was that the interviewer threw a lob with regards to political risk form new Spanish gov't and PA just swatted it away rather than allaying our concerns.
Probably means lobbying and discussions are ongoing, else he's waiting for IBEX to bring in some heavy hitters to get closure. (A case he obviously could not even hint at.)
